Shopaholic; Can Burn 48,000 Calories

OFTEN shopping until wan? This habit is not always bad. A recent study reveals even the positive benefits that can be found the shopping enthusiast. On average women who love shopping, according to the researchers, burn 48,000 calories a year.  The average woman burns about 385 calories during per week around the shop. The number of calories is equivalent to a piece of carrot cake or two large glasses of wine.  This study also revealed that they also walk about 154 miles a year, to offer goods from one place to another. This distance is equivalent to the distance from London to Nottingham.
According to the researchers, is not surprising that the participants claimed to feel more tired after spending compared to after exercising in the gym.  The study also showed, on average 2.96 women travel miles when shopping and spend about 2.5 hours around the shops every week. They also stopped for lunch or coffee in between shopping time.
However, women who entered the category of ‘serious’ do not stop. Forty-five percent of participants admitted to not rest and shop until they were limp.  In a separate survey, the experts consider that the women burned about five calories per minute while around and find the desired goods, almost 48,000 calories per year.  Approximately two-thirds of the 300 surveyed admitted partispan not walk leisurely.
