Add comments

Microsoft seemed satisfied with the sale of new operating system, Windows 7. Even Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, label sales level of Windows 7 as a fantastic thing, because it exceeds the income from all versions of Windows earlier in the first 10 days of launch.

“Windows 7 is an example of innovation that I think is important existence in the technology marketplace,” Ballmer said in a press conference held in Tokyo, Japan. According to data from NPD Group Inc., sales at the retail Windows 7 to reach 234 percent higher in a few days since its release, when compared with Windows Vista. The amount of income that Microsoft had achieved 82 percent greater. On the other hand, the release of Windows 7 also contributed to sales of personal computers. PC sales increased nearly 2-fold since Windows 7 is released and the percentage of sales reached 49 percent higher than the previous year period.

The global debut of Windows 7 was generally received a good reception, good for technology analysts and the users. This software is considered as a rapid development of Windows Vista than is often criticized as a product failure. Microsoft seem to evaluate themselves after the Vista disappointment. They work more closely with software developers, computer manufacturers and users in the production of Windows 7.
