Banana Diet Gout Away

Gout is an inflammation of the joints which are chronic and often occur in acute attacks. These disorders are usually characterized by acute pain in my toes. Furthermore, about 10 cherries a day to control the disorder. Fresh cherries are the best choice, but it never hurts to try canned cherries once in a while.

Vegetable juice. Raw vegetable juice is also used to treat gout. A combination of carrot juice, beet and cucumber is expressed most effectively. Try to mix 100 ml of cucumber juice, beet juice 100 ml and 300 ml of carrot juice to meet 500 ml juice intake a day.

Also, try to avoid foods that produce purine and uric acid such as meat, eggs, fish, tea, coffee, sugar, white flour and white flour products, fried foods or processed foods.
